In 2009, event planning professionals and friends Jessica Johnston and Melissa Sideris set out to build upon their combined 30 years of experience by starting their own event management firm.
Today, Spotlight 360, LLC is a full-service special event management firm with a focus on large-scale event planning and production. Why Spotlight 360? Because we take a 360º, full-circle approach to every event, whether it’s an intimate non-profit fundraiser for 50 or a citywide celebration for 500,000.
Our experience has allowed us to work with contractors in all realms and to become familiar with bids, contracts, and selection processes. And we know how to go pro. We’ve worked alongside national sports organizations such as the NFL, MLB, WTA, ATP and ECHL. With national recording artists, promoters, and management companies. With international film stars, producers, directors, and movie studios on press opportunities and film screenings. And we managed the largest international event in Cincinnati’s history, the 2012 World Choir Games, which galvanized the city with a parade unlike any seen since the days of the ‘70s Big Red Machine.

Melissa Sideris
Executive Producer and Partner
Melissa Sideris has a passion for events and bringing people together. An experienced event manager, she is known for being organized, efficient, and paying close attention to every detail. Her strong understanding of the event industry allows her to see events from all vantage points: attendees, sponsors, organizers, contractors, and more. Always viewing events from a planner's perspective, Melissa gathers ideas, learns from others, and enjoys thinking of creative concepts to integrate into her client's projects.
When not working, Melissa enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and capturing memories with her camera.

Jessica Johnston is an experienced professional in marketing, promotions, and non-profit fundraising. Former Executive Director of a non-profit organization and Marketing Director for a multi-million dollar company, Jessica brings decades of event and promotions experience to Spotlight 360. Her expertise encompasses the full spectrum of the event marketplace and brings unique perspectives in developing and executing plans.
When not working, you can find Jessica baking, traveling, and watching her daughter play volleyball.
